Outlook/Web Mail: Administrative SupportThe Call Center Staff provides support for both Microsoft Outlook and Web Mail. This can include support for the following:

  • Mail Box set up
  • Personal folder creation and management
  • Personal address book creation and management
  • Facilitate the use and sharing of calendars
  • General Mail Box management

All of these calls are logged, tracked and monitored to completion.
